We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.
